A chi non piace avere una casa , durante il Natale, che non sappia ... di Natale?Voglio dire che basta una candela profumata alla cannella, al pino, alle spezie oppure una ghirlanda di rami di abete ed agrumi per dare un aroma festivo e "caldo" al vostro nido. Ho trovato su un sito un'idea brillante che qualcuno di voi avrà già visto anche in altre versioni ma che vale la pena di riproporre
1. Tagliare l'arancia a metà - Cut the orange in the middle- Couper l'orange à moitié
2.Usare un coltellino per togliere la polpa (che userete per altri scopi)dalla pelle-use a little knife to remove
pulp from both partes of the orange skin(pulp can be used for something else) - Unlever avec un petit couteau
la pulpe de la peau de toutes deux les côtés (on peut l'utiliser pour autre chose)
3. Fare con un coltellino o cono stampino da biscotti un foro di almeno 3 cm nella metà in alto

Faire un trou dans le côté haut de l'orange avec un couteau ou bien une moule ronde à biscuit
pour faire sortir la fumée
4. Mettere la votiva sul fondo dell'arancia e richiudere con la parte con il foro

Potete decorare con chiodi di garofano o anice stellato o riccioli di cannella in stecca

Arance dalla pelle sottile, chiodi garofano e poi un mix di cannella, noce moscata,cardamomo,vamiglia, anice stellato . Si fissato i chiodi di garofano sull'arancia a piacimento ma a distanza l'uno dall'altro, meglio se in forma lineare .Si polverizzano le spezie e quindi si passa l'arancia con i chiodi nella polvere speziata in modo che entri bene , quindi si mettono le arance in sacchetti di carta , in luogo asciutto, per 3-4 gioni .Si tirano fuori, si scuno per far cadere la polvere di spezie in eccesso , si legano ad un nastro e si appendono o si lascino su un vassoio a profumare l'ambiente
Thin skinned oranges , cloves and a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, star anise,vanilla. Fix the cloves on the orange skin no less than 1/2 inch one another . Roll the orange in the ground mix of spices , put the orange in a paper bag and keep it in for 3-4 days . Then take it out , scroll down all exceeding scented spices mix , fix around a ribbon and hang it or just leave on a tray to parfum the room .
Oranges à peau fine , clous de girofle et un mix de cannelle, cardamome, anis étoilé,vanille. Fixer les clous de girofle à distance l'un l'autre (0,5 cm ) tout autour l'orange . Rouler l'orange dans le mix d'épices et la mettre dans un sachet en papier pour 3 -4 jours . Sortez-le , secouez-le pour enlever le mix en exès , enrouler un ruban tout autour pour la pendre ou bien gardez-le sur un plateau pour parfumer .
